Safety Standards & Certifications
This saftey boot meets EN ISO 20345:2022 S1 PL ESD SR European safety standards:
- S1: 200-joule impact and compression-resistant composite toe cap, anti static construction with enegry absorbant heal.
- PL: (Non-metal insert type PL). Penetration resistant outsole: Lowest penetration value is not less than 1100N and no separation of the layers occured during tests. Tested for general risks with a nail 4.5mm in diameter.
- ESD: Electro Static Dissipative Footwear: ESD Footwear is designed specifically for the electronic components manufacturing and assembly industries. ESD conforms to EN 61340-5-1.
- SR: Tested on a ceramic tile surface with glycerine. The heel & forepart has also been tested, not just the flat.
